Ruby Heart Pendant Reversible with Diamond Solid 10k Gold with 9k Box Chain 18"

This is a pre-loved vintage reversible heart pendant with natural rubies and a diamond chip (on the reverse) set in solid 10k gold. The front is yellow gold, the back is white gold. The pendant measures about 9/16x7/16" and weighs 1.1g. It is strung on a .7g box chain of 9k gold that is 18" in length. Total weight of the piece is 1.8g.
