Natural Blue Diamond Free Floating Heart Pendant Necklace in Sterling Silver 1/5ct 18"

This is an adorable locket style heart pendant with a natural blue diamond (color by irradiation/permanent) that is free floating within the heart cage. It is .21ct and I3 quality. It's not meant to come free from the pendant, so if you see a corner peek through--you should not lose the gem. The diamond is 3.65mm in diameter and, due to inclusions, has some surface reaching blemishes under magnification. 

The pendant is 3/4" x 11/16". It hangs on an 18" cable chain. The total piece weighs 2.7g. The pendant will come with a COA.
