Natural Art Deco Juergens & Andersen Add-A-Pearl Necklace in 14k Gold 20"

This is an original Art Deco era natural pearl necklace by Juergens & Andersen's "Add-A-Pearl" line. The necklace is in wonderful shape for an antique and features genuine natural Japanese pearls ranging from 1.64-2.4mm (roughly). The necklace has a filigree clasp that you simply push in to unfasten. There are 57 pearls.

This line was intended for the wearer to add a pearl as the person ages. Many of the necklaces out there are modern and use cultured/nucleated pears. They are more round, but less collectable. This comes WITHOUT it's original 100yr old+ box, but should be a real find for someone who is looking for one of these treasures with more pearls.

The necklace is done in solid 14k gold and is 20". The weight of the piece is 1.5g.
