Freshwater Ruby and Topaz Heart Pendant in Sterling Silver

This lovely heart necklace got a makeover. It features 5 freshwater cultured button pearls of about 4mm. There are about .45ctw of white topaz 1.5mm and a single ruby that is .08ct and about 3mm (roughly) in diameter.
