Color Shift Lab-Sapphire OOAK large cross pendant necklace in solid 14k gold 6.3g

This is a lab grown color shift purple sapphire cross pendant of solid 14k yellow gold, and vintage, pre-loved . The listing includes a complementary 18", 1mm box chain that is gold plated over sterling (also vintage). Clearly a very custom piece and hand made. The pendant itself is larger at about 1 5/8x1”.
